Alekos Argyrou, founder of A. Argyrou & Associates LLC (est. 2012), brings over 20 years of experience providing expert legal guidance to individuals and companies across a broad spectrum of legal matters including labor relations, criminal and disciplinary proceedings, civil disputes, real estate, banking and finance, maritime and shipping, liquidation and receivership, corporate and shareholders disputes. A graduate of Newcastle Upon Tyne (2003) and admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004, Alekos has also served as Treasurer of the Limassol Bar Association for 15 years and as a Judge of the Disciplinary Council of Lawyers of the Cyprus Bar Association. Alexis Efstathiou
Partner
Alexis Efstathiou is a qualified Advocate – Legal Consultant. He holds a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Science (MSc) in Shipping Operations and Management from University of Limassol. In 2015 he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and joined the firm as part of the Litigation Department.
He is specialized in Civil Law, Family Law and Rental Law and mostly undertakes disputes concerning negligence and general compensation, focusing on motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries. His extensive experience includes conducting complex court hearings as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts with precision and attention to detail. He has also extensive experience in interim injunctions and good knowledge on property matters and succession.

Giannis Theodorou brings a versatile and client-focused approach to a wide range of legal matters, including civil law, criminal law, family law, wills and probate, immigration and citizenship, constitutional law, public and administrative law. He provides expert advice and handles cases on all matters related to Cyprus Immigration Law. He has extensive experience with the Cyprus Investment Program and its associated regulations, as well as with immigration permits, permanent residence permits, work permits, and entry visas.
A graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2021) with a master’s degree in criminal Jurisdiction and Human Rights from the University of Cyprus, Giannis combines strong academic foundations with practical legal expertise. Admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2022, he navigates complex legal challenges with professionalism and clarity, providing clients with confidence, guidance, and peace of mind throughout every stage of Court proceedings.
Moreover, Giannis has gained valuable experience in Greece, handling cases in Criminal Law, Immigration Law, and Administrative Law, while regularly appearing before the Courts of Thessaloniki. Andri Panteli is the backbone of our legal team, bringing over 15 years of experience in keeping complex operations seamless and clients delighted. Her exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Andri provides specialized services in the management of deceased estates, the drafting and execution of wills, as well as in matters concerning foreign nationals, including, for example, entry permit applications, foreigner registrations and employers and renewals of foreigners. She also has extensive experience in cadastral matters, such as property transfers, boundary disputes, submission of documents and applications, obtaining registration certificates, research in the Land Registry and legal support regarding property rights, including the execution of tax-related obligations.
